About Glen Haven
Glen Haven is a very small mountain town about 7 miles north of Estes Park on County Road 43, which runs from Estes Park to Drake, Colorado. Glen Haven has a fire house, a post office, a general store and The Inn at Glen Haven, a bed and breakfast that offers a wonderful restaurant. The cinnamon rolls and coffee at the General Store are "to die for". Glen Haven slows down in the winter season...it isn't very fast paced in the summer either. The General Store closes after Labor Day, but the restaruant stays open on limited hours. There are horse rentals in town and lots of National Forest and Rocky Mountain National Park horse trails to go horseback riding on. Glen Haven is very small and extremely quiet. You will find several mountain creeks and lots of river fishing. Wish I could say more, but there isn't much more to tell.
